ptityop
We are having substantial issues with the rounding mode and not sure if it is us or not, even after trying various combinations. Is there a way to limit the rounding to 2 decimals, because on an order with quite a few products the rounding options that actually exist always leaves us with some discrepencies, wether we los money or the buyer is being overcharged. What is the trick in mastering the rounding configuration please ? We would just be hapy with 2 decimals and then chose wether to round up or down ... but woth so many decimals it gets pretty tricky. Thanks in advance for any guidance on this.
juanrojas
hello I think you should have the rounding configured where it says recommended mode that you find it in store parameters - configuration, if you already have it there then tell us with what payment method does this happen to you? ptityop
Hello, sorry for the late response... we have actually been trying to work that one for a while, but no luck, we tried all the back end optios and still we can see discrepencies. He I am joinging a screenshot with concrete example, our vat is 7.7% if you make the calculations you will see there is a pb here : 3197,60 is Pric Excl Tax Tax is 7.7% VAT amout is = 246.2152 Total incl tax should be 246.2152 + 3197.60 = 3443.8152 , Prestashop gives 3443.35 m this is not in our favor but sometimes it is not in favor of the buyer .... this type of result is pretty random and does not make sense, rounding total here for us should be 3444 or 3443.50. Hope this will make sense .. thanks for your insight Some imes we are sopt on, but many times not .... whichever rounding option we chose ...
