Charity Module with Checkout 'round up to nearest £'

Hi all.,

We are working with a client to add a donation module to the site, I can see multiple on the addon marketplace which cover most of what we need but the missing bit we need is the ability to 'round up' the order total as a charitable donation. Does anyone know of a module or a method to achieve this, i've copied an image below of the functionality similar to what we are looking for.

The best way is to find the proper module with most options you need and ask the developer if they are able to implement additional setting you need. Before you buy ofc.
