cb4430 Posted October 21, 2022 Share Posted October 21, 2022 We have been using Prestashop 1.6.1 for about 6 years, I am in the process of building a new ssite using 1.7.8. About 6 year ago, I found a tutorial that showed how to add a form to be able to update the creation date in the database when ever you wanted. Whenever we had a product that had been out of stock for a while, we needed to be able to update the creation date in the admin so it would show up as a new/restocked items. I would like to be able to do the same thing on in the new version of Prestashop, however can not find any options for doing this. See Screen shot for reference. We can't use the updated_date because we make changes to products regularly and sometime do not want those changes to cause the product to show as new if it isn't.
