Set the position for a module not Work

Hello I'm trying to set the position for a module. prestashop says it happened successfully, but it didn't actually do anything. and I always find the hook from unassigned ones

 

But he didn't do it

Could be a couple of issues.
First check if you cache is not messing up the new options. Disable cache, check external cache settings, clear current cache and try again.
If that does not help, check inside the module if anything triggers on your newly selected hook.
