Google analytics universal

I have a problem with google analytics universal for some time now orders are not falling into GAU. Sometimes several orders in a row don't fall in. E.g. there are orders 601,602,603,604,605,606,607 out of these orders 601,605,606,607 fall in. I have tried several modules free as well as paid none of them do.

And now the question, is there any module that will help to send from back office orders to GAU when such order does not go through when customer is redirected to thank you page for purchase.

The second thing is whether such a module has the ability to set statuses for which status is sent. If there is a status waiting for transfer then that the module will not send information if the status does not change to paid.

Do anyone have problems with GAU too?
