craftyflair Posted October 15, 2022 Share Posted October 15, 2022 Hoping someone can help as this is driving me crazy (and my customers!!) Some customers are saying that when they click the "proceed to checkout" option, the page either refreshes or goes back to the homepage. I did manage to recreate it, but I cleared the cookies and cache and it was fine. If I use a private tab or different browser it's fine, but I can't ask my customers to keep doing this. I've checked and it happens for both Classic and Custom themes. I'm on 1.7.7.8 with PHP 7.2, but have tried 7.3 and 7.4 too. It seems to be this link "https://craftyflair.co.uk/order" that is the issue. Had the site for years and not had this annoying bug before, but people are not checking out, so kind of serious! Console state its a cookie issue either paypal checkout / module issue. Add something on cart and move on next step. Inspect and check the console while clicking "proceed to checkout".
