How can I use my registration by php and prestashop?

Hi, is it possible to use the registration I have in my web, and also a payment method or some way to subscribe with the ddbb of the registration I have?

For example, juana has is registered in the web, but, to see some parts of the web she has to subscribe, is it possible to cross the registration of my web with prestashops registrations and service of payments, so, I dont modify the users I now have and to let her see all the web if she pays a subscription to the web? (have I been clear?)
