When I update short description in BO, the short description disappear from catalog

Hi, i'm using prestashop 1.7.7, in the BO if update the short description of a product and then i go to see the front office, in the catalog section the short description disappear but if i open the product page the short description in showed.

Please help me.

I cannot update prestashop to newest version because there are a lot of problem

Today i found this error in the BO:

File mancanti (missing file) (2)

- gestione/themes/new-theme/js/pages/logs/index.js

-  vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/HttpKernel/Tests/DataCollector/Compiler.log

I add this file now but i don't know why i have this error.

this function worked until two weeks ago. only now it works badly.

I olso tried to update prestashop but after the upgrade all the item are vanished and a lot of file didn't work properly

I upgraded my PHP to version 7.3 but the problem is still there.

Please help me
