ellenb4t Posted October 6, 2022 Share Posted October 6, 2022 Hi, not sure if I'm in the right place, but I have an issue with 'refund' emails. See attachment. We use Mollie Payment module. When we refund the complete amount, an email is send automatically to the customer (that's what we want), but a customer complained that he received multiple emails. That's a bit too much. One email is enough. Presta keeps resending the email. Is this a known issue (couldn't find any info)? And is there a solution? How to resolve this?
