Keep having to clear cache

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help with a consistent ongoing issue.

Have been using PS for a few years, using a Dekora Theme, but with just over 3k live products, I keep getting issues

Customers keep struggling with the site with payments not going through or completing because of a slow response. If I clear the cache, then it will be fine for six or so hours, but I have to keep clearing the cache every day.

I recently tried the Google Marketing App, but that slowed the site down even more, so am open to suggestions on what is my issue and how I can stop this from happening.
