spy banker trojan

Hi my site build with prestashop 1.7.8.2 and yesterday i got wierd pay with debit card form inside cart page and it hide the payment method. I research and scan page and antivirus show me spy banker trojan. I update prestashop with last version and scan this page with antivirus and the form is gone and antivirus didn't show the alarm again and everything is ok. Is last version prevent this attack or i should more search? pls help. Is new update replace all prestashop file?i found out that is my problem,

Should i worry about this trojan after update the prestashop to the last version. Is last version fix this attack?

Hi, the latest version won't change anything if you've been hacked, the unwanted files will stay on your server.

You will find a script that will clean your shop on this topic, first post, download the zip file, put in on the root of your prestashop folder and launch it from your navigator, you should translate the topic if you don't understand french, but i can guarantee that the file is not a scam and that the script works :
