Not able to map the delivery location

I recently upgraded my store and am currently using prestashop version 1.7.8. Many things stopped working following the upgrade, but those issues have been resolved. Currently, whenever I attempt to access a store using my customer login, I am prompted to choose a store address. When I select the store address, it doesn't take me there; instead, it displays an error that "Sorry! You are out of our delivery range. Please contact us and let us know you want us in your area." Prior to the upgrade, when I entered the same location, I was able to enter the store, but now it tells me that I am outside the delivery area. I am using the Ajax login popup module to enter the store.
