Unable to receive customer's replies in the order message widget, all replies go to my email.

Hello everyone,

 

When you click on an order and send an outgoing message to a customer, their reply arrives in my email box instead of the Prestashop message widget(in the order page).

Is there a way to get the customer responses in this widget please?

Right now it is difficult as I email the customer though the prestashop order page, but all the replies arrive in a mail box....causing a disconnection between what I have sent and where I need to check for replies(it would be better to have prestashop going in the email box and check for the replies per customer while adding the replies to the order message widget).

Or maybe there is a solution with a Plugin?
