kyriakos
Hello, I have an issue with a new installation of Prestashop 1.7.8.7 and PHP version 7.4 which is the recommended one. The issue is I got blank admin page although the frontend is working fine. I check in Debug mode and I got the following error: (1/1) FatalErrorException Error: [snuffleupagus][disabled_function] Aborted execution on call of the function 'include' in PhpFilesTrait.php line 81 At the moment I changed the PHP version to 7.3 and everything works fine. Can you give a help on this? Thank you
juanrojas
hello, you shouldn't have any problem with a virgin installation, did you do it manually or did you use some server tool?
kyriakos
Hello juanrojas, Thank you for your reply. I installed it through Softaculous at the account's Cpanel. Do you advise to install it manually? I also did not add any theme or module. Is Prestahop default theme. Thank you again.
juanrojas
more confidence in the manual method, by the way I recommend that you work with a good theme for example panda

Luisejo
But it is very strange, because if your website works perfectly with one version of PHP, with the other one it should works fine too. Maybe in PHP 7.4 you need to check the libraries.
