I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, but it's probably because I didn't explain it thoroughly. I'm talking about product photos on the product page, not a separate photo gallery. If I disable the blog module (tvcmsblog), each page scroll changes the correctly functioning page:

With the blog module (tvcmsblog) enabled, everything returns to normal.
But what can you expect from a company that has a link to support on its own website in the form:
