How to complete an order created in back office using Prestashop Checkout module for credit card payment?

When creating an order in back-office and choosing Prestashop Checkout module for payment, there is no option to add credit card information to the order?  All you see is these error messages below the status section (see attachment).

Everything is set up and working fine on the front-end, but many orders are placed over the phone and need to be entered by admin on the back-end. How to make it work?

We have the same problem, did you or anyone have any success in resolving it?

We wound up making "redirect to front office" the only option to submit orders for credit card payments.
