Hello, i have a problem with delivery. Im trying to add Swizerland to our delivery method, it successfully adding but then when we try to purchase and wre choose Swizerland it tells that there is not any transporter that can do delivery. is any one had a problem like this?

Hello, 

yes i can see that country is added, it was very easy to do it, just tick the box next to Switzerland.

Then i used private navigation to check if it will work, and it doesnt, still says that transporter cant deliver to this location.

Can you try to enable / disable geo-targeting and try it out?

enable / disable in the backoffice of prestashop or for my computer?

Unfortunately it doesnt let me turn on geolocalisation. There is an error message : The geolocation database is not available.
