AH01630: client denied by server configuration

Hello again,

another error keeps showing in my log:

AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /FOLDERFOLDERFOLDER/img/p/2/4/8/2

a lot of those with different paths ... if I check the target path is always missing. In this case /img/p/2/4/8/ exists but /img/p/2/4/8/2 not.

I clear every case I could find but still this error logs.

Any suggestions?

Which PS version, since when did that happen, 

PHP Version, requierements all OK ???

PS 1.7.8.7 php 7.3.33

All requirements are met (checked in OneClick) 

I checked the logs and the error logged for quite some time - can't pinpoint what was changed before it started

Not good, I know...
