Show specific attribute name in TPL

Hello Community,
I need to print via TPL the name of a combination of a specific ID when the URL is displayed.
Example:
When the URL has a match, the ID 3 attribute (only it) should be shown.
would be something like

{if $id_attribute_group == '3'}
command to display name here
{/if}

can anybody help me?

I saw some examples with foreach, but I couldn't get it to work
