Search module to retrieve order flow

I am looking for a module that could automatically generate an order flow, and retrieve the following data: 

Header :

• Order number
• Customer code
• Customer label
• Address
• Zip code
• City
• Country
• Expected delivery date (optional)

 
Lines :

• Item Code
• Quantity
• Line reference (optional)

it's no problem to program something like that.

But there is a lack of additional information beyond the description.
Should the output be displayed in the administration or should it be output to a file, do you have any graphic design of what you require?
