Fresh install 1.7.8.6 /Classic Theme - You Tube Videos Will not embed on a Page

Fresh Install / P.S 1.7.8.6

I am having trouble embedding you tube videos on a CMS page.
Have already checked  - go to Shop Parameters -> General and enable iFrames and disable HTML purifier - is correct.

I have inserted the link via the video insert option on the page, and have also inserted it via the embed code. Still is blank and no video showing.

That seems odd the clean install would have not inserted the code correctly. I did originally just copy and paste from my previous website but then I re-built the page and had the same issue when using the "add video" option or embedded the code option. 

It is working - Thank you so much. 

Just added a new video on top of the page, to see if it inserted correctly and it looks like the video is there but not like the other videos.

The "add video insert" code does not have any of the "&lt; to < OR &gt; to >"

Ok, I changed the video URL, still would not work, I thought it was still me, so I put up my own video so I could confirm that embedding was allowed ......

Still not allowing video - www.youtube.com is blocked www.youtube.com refused to connect. ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE
