problems about the creating account in ps 1.4.1

Hi, I have just installed PS 1.4.1 .. It works fine...
But when accepting a new customer, after submitting the login form, it generates these problems

"There are 3 problems:
1. date_add is required
2. date_upd is required
3. active is required"

Even in the guest check-out, it's the same.
But in the form, there are no such areas....

Please help me !...

Have you modified anything on the core files?

If it also possible that you installed some 3rd party modules that affect this.

All those fields you listed will be set automatically by prestaShop, you don't have to input at any where.
I just tried by test/demo site, it works fine.

I have removed the whole site, and now installing step by step.

There's no problem at this time.

But as you said, a module causing a problem, I think in the same way.
Reverso form module may cause such the problems, I haven't install it.
And I don't think, I will install it.
Just because the things go fine now.

I have never use that module before, so I have no idea if it will cause the problem or not.
If you prove it is, then i believe you it is.
