Can't activate/deactivate debug mode

Hi everyone.

 

I am trying to activate debug mode, but am not able to. Whenever I change the settings and save my changes, I see a message saying that the update was successful, but nothing has changed. I am wondering why that is, if anyone encountered this issue in the past.

 

Note: I am, however, able to change it manually in the defines.inc.php file

But, if you activated the server cache in the bottom on Performances page, you need to deactivate it quickly directly in your /app/config/parameters.php file.

And the last trouble can come from a OVH option, the CDN. This is the worth CDN in the world and you need to deactivate too.
