Can't login as the Admin with valid email and password Details

When trying to login to PrestaShop as the Administrator with my email and password it says that the employee is not valid or something along those lines.

Find that very strange because after the installation was completed it showed my email address and I verified it was typed in correctly. 

Also now it won't show the admin login page when I go to example.com/Shop/admin which is super weird. Find this to be more of a freaking headache then simplistic as the homepage on the prestashop website has said it is. How does an admin panel or page not show up with a fresh installation of PrestaShop ?. I don't get it.

I advise you use the second approach with the MD5, not changing the DB field to function.
