besergiop
Hi guys, I made a migration of Prestashop 1.6 to 1.7 using Migration plugin v4.2.3 - by ETS-Soft. I have a problem with emails because all orders, order status changes, contact forms, etc. are sent to the original old account. I'm using ps_emailalerts as the module and the default contact Prestashop module and I changed correctly the email to the new one.. but I'm still receiving emails in the old account. I tried to change in the ps_configuration table all the references to the old email but I'm still receiving emails in the old account. Can you help me, please? Thank you very much. I did a backup of the database and I changed all the references that I found. It was in ps_configuration table

besergiop
Do you think is it possible to find the email in the modules folder? Because I did a dump of the database and I tried to search inside the cache folder files for the email... and nothing 😭
besergiop
I was checking the emails I received and the to: [email protected] is correct... but the email was sent to other account :S I don't understand
Nickz
if you have a search capable Program you can download the entire site and search for it. Should you not find it its in the BO and you need to go thru each option. Edited August 26, 2022 by Nickz (see edit history)
besergiop
I'm still working on this error. I checked everything: - I disabled the Prestashop cache - I disabled the server Varnish cache - I searched inside the database and files for the incorrect email An importatil detail: I saw when I received the email in the incorrect inbox that the address set in to: attribute is correct but I'm still receiving the email in the incorrect inbox... I'm trying to send form contact emails, testing emails from the Prestashop admin, and checking the current order emails created. So I don't understand... Any ideas guys? Thank you
