Order Messages won't work

Hi!

I'm having issues with the order messages. I'm testing this on a 1.7.8.5 version prestashop.

Order messages just doesn't work. When a customer sends a message, i can see it in the back office, but when i reply, it doesn't send an e-mail, nor does it show up for the customer.

The e-mail works, cause automated mails are working. Order confirmation, shipping info, and invoice are all working. I don't have any e-mail related third party modules installed, nor did i modify anything related to e-mail sending, and order messages. Any idea? If more information is needed just ask away

Hi,

You can check by enabling the error logging in file and check the error message in the log file to know what is going wrong. Error logging can be enabled from web hosting Cpanel and back-office logs can help as well to know errors in sending messages to customers.

Thanks for sharing logs, right there is no error-related email sending issue. Did you check the admin logs link, anything log there related to issue?

If something is wrong, it should be logged in a log files or logs so that the webmaster or admin will know about it.
