I have products that I could be deleverd on 2-3 days. How can i show it to my clients. I only get the out of stock label.

You can change out of stock to i.e available in 2-3, but it will be set for all the products.

Add the below code

themes/classic/templates/catalog/_partials/product-add-to-cart.tpl

Can you tell me that? (I am also looking for a tutorial with that info, but did not found it yet).

What is not clear about that? It is the path on your server's harddisk.

On the speficic item, you can under delivery choose "speficic delivery time for this product". This should work.
