c64girl Posted August 23, 2022 Share Posted August 23, 2022 (edited) Ok i bought a module. 08/05/2022 Google Tag Manager Enhanced Ecommerce (GA4 + UA) - PRO I asked a autor about the module and sended him a modules i use and theme. He told me there will be no problem with working module. After installation some problems have been found the author not responded since 08-10-2022. He asked for FTP and backoffice 08-09-2022 and he got them. I wrote a few more times but since then, zero response. Where i can contact prestashop (not the autor) and get a refund? I would also add that the reviews are not working. I added a feedback and so far it has not appeared. As you can see, it seems that reviews with 5 stars are going through...
