imagenes de productos no se visualizan / product images are not displayed

Hola Amigos, soy algo nuevo en este mundo de prestashop,

Tengo el siguiente problema: no entiendo porque razón de un momento a otro las imágenes de los productos que tenia registrados en la pagina no se visualizan.

• Versión del prestashop 1.7.4.2

Las pruebas que he realizado según lo que he leído en internet y no me han funcionado son las siguientes:

1. Menú Principal > Personalizar > Diseño > Ajuste de imágenes > Regenerar imágenes. Borrar cache.
2. Desactive las URL amigables, luego accedí a mi hosting, guarde una copia del archivo .htaccess y luego lo borre del servidor. Volví a activar las URL amigables y borre el cache.

lo extraño es que desde el backoffice de la pagina cuando voy a editar un producto si se ven las imágenes.

La verdad agradecería muco su ayuda.
