Cannot enter config page for Newsletter v2.0

I've been working on setting up a Prestashop store recently for some friends of mine www.theyreforapparel.com

However, I've just recently come across a problem with the Newsletter v2.0 module.

So far we've got 13 people signed up for the newsletter and I have used Newsletter v2.0 to export a .CSV file before.

But when I went in to the modules section today and clicked configure instead of taking me to the page where I can export the CSV it simple reloads the page and says module uninstalled successfully. However it still has the green tick next to the module. I've tried a heap of times and it's just the same thing.
When I try to uninstall the module is says Module is already uninstalled but still has a green tick next to the name.

I've deleted it completely and reuploaded it to my server. Still the exact same result.

I have attached an image of the result after clicking configure. This is the only feedback Prestashop is giving me.

This is something I need to get fixed as I wont be able to send newsletters without the list.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is anyone else having this problem. It went away when I checked ages later and now its happening. Have been trying to get the list all day and it wont go past saying its uninstalling when its clearly not.
