Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart

I can't solve this problem. After severel minutes after a order, there is this error message in de logs.
I can't see where the problem is coming from and I want the message gone.

The payment and order are coming trough.

I got prestashop version 1.7.8.5, php version 7.3
