Cookie message on home, not in debug mode

Hi experts. Please your help , my prestashop page start showing this cookie information on some other error mesage information on homepage like debug mode, but is not in debug mode, i have search but i can not find how to remove this message, any club about it

Try this:

1. Disable all modules.

2. Clear cache

3. Check homepage

 

Then if the problem is gone, enable modules one by one, while checking the homepage after you enable one module.
