Xavier Vidal
For SEO purposes, i remember that it's more accurate to show meta title like this:Product name | Shop nameThan (the actual PS way)Shop name | Product nameOr, going further, offer the posibility to hide the shop name (except in the home page, or in selected pages). Moreover, in "category" pages the shop name is hidden, but in "manufacturer" page don't, as an example. Dave Egerton
dont think it matters which way round for google. You need to consider - will you exceed title max length google displays (as some of your text gets cut off)Then you need to considerAm I a well known brand -If so it may make sense to put your name first but if you are not known to most shoppers - what value does this add, will shoppers come because of my name, therefore, if not known, a compelling title with a main keyword (so you stand out more against other search results) that would increase people visiting site would be better for you.better to say "Quality mens cotton shirts, great value and next day delivery" than "MyStore Name | mens shirt"
LeeWhitehouse
What exactly should be edited? I'm also having the same kind of problem and would prefer my product title to be displayed before my page name. Thanks for your help!
