Re arrange order of checkout fields

I would like to re arrange the order of fields on the checkout? How can I do this?

You can do it in backoffice:

International -> Locations -> Countries-> Your country -> Edit -> Address format -> Rearrange fields in Textarea:

firstname lastname
Country:name
