VeronikaC Posted July 14, 2022 Share Posted July 14, 2022 one of our websites is having an issue with random order status change (see attached). we checked if there are any custom integrations with the system that could change status via API, we checked stripe logs and stripe didn't send duplicated response to change status. this is not a problem with every order and the time and payment method are also different. it is not any cron related issue either. can you please advise??
