This is the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me. In the administrator when I want to access it shows some characters that I cannot decipher

It is the second time that it happens to me, the first time it can be solved with a copy but I cannot be making copies every x weeks.

The frontend works for me but the backend throws me some characters. I have activated the debug mode and I do not get much information.

I can't help you with the error message. But my first guess would be that the system tries to show utf-8 characters in an ascii environment.
