Blog - module or WP, and how migrate to?

Hello, 
I have a blog on WP and am thinking of switching to the module. (which one?)
My goal is to integrate with PS as much as possible and have visual consistency and the ability to easily refer customers to products.   

Is going to module a good idea? 

And the most important question, how do I get a list of all the URLs from WP to do redirects and what type should they be?

Hi quality themes have a lot of features not in PS default theme, most have a blog feature.  I don't really recommend blogs for ecommerce unless it's not possible to describe product on product page.  It dilutes seo, and must be done correctly, ie. linking to cat/products.  Blogs are for quilt clubs, not really for ecommerce.  my two cents
