rejkonica Posted July 2, 2022 Share Posted July 2, 2022 Hello, In some cases after selecting delivery method - specialy on a local pickup method sometimes the payments methods doesn't appear for the clients. Have spotted on two different phones of clients that it just doesn't go trough and thinking that in some cases we are lossing clients by this problems. Ress Posted July 4, 2022 Share Posted July 4, 2022 You should try to reproduce the problem, I think it would help a lot if you knew what products the customer had in the cart, the address filled in, and the payment method, so you can see exactly where the problem occurs. The problem accured with almost the same products on the carts and different clients phones. Not sure 100% but both of the phones were Android if that makes some difference. For one of the clients helped to switch from Chrome to other app. And for the second client he had to choose other carrier not the pickup at store and then worked out.
