Getalinks Posted July 1, 2022 Share Posted July 1, 2022 Hi there, I had to reinstall a fresh Prestashop installation and I'm trying to add the "PrestaShop Checkout built with PayPal" module, but when I click install, I get the spinning circle for a minute and then I get the error: Exception thrown by module ps_checkout on install. Error sent by Addons. You may need to be logged. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Clearly a checkout function would be helpful for the e-comm store. Prestachamps Posted July 2, 2022 Share Posted July 2, 2022 Hi, In this case you can try to create a Backoffice employee with your addons email accoint and try to install the module being logged in to Backoffice with that account, or contact the Prestashop Checkout support using the Addons site.
