Prestachamps Posted June 24, 2022 Share Posted June 24, 2022 (edited) Hi, most probably you have some JavaScript error on the page, and that is preventing the execution of the JavaScript call which should update the cart and call the modal popup. Check the F12 console tab for the errors, and try to solve those first if there are errors. If you have no errors, then try to reset the PrestaShop's ps_shoppingcart module or the theme's cart module. Have a nice day, Leo.
