Some people are able to checkout, we received one order since the issue was informed to us. Any idea's on a fix?

Finally was able to go into debug mode on another computer. This is the error I am getting when trying to checkout during debug mode, Disable debug mode and it's back to nothing just stuck on payment screen not loading. When I select the shipping method it allows me to select, then hit continue and no payment screen pops up.

So I went onto a different computer and now I am getting this error.
I have Authorize.net and Paypal as payment methods, anyone have an idea how to fix this?
