bekway Posted June 9, 2022 Share Posted June 9, 2022 Since Brexit we have stopped shipping to Britain because of the paperwork and our articles being seized by UK customs. However we have had several requests from people in the UK wishing to purchase our articles but having them delivered in Europe (we are in France). The problem is even worse because there is no alert or explanation appearing on the front office. With a UK invoice address and a French delivery address the customer is still stuck in the Address step on checkout. If customer changes his invoice address for a French one his order goes on to the Delivery options step. At least if someone has an idea of how to insert an alert at this stage, it would be great.
