Cant't get into back office

Hello,

Installed latest version of prestashop (1.7.8.6), everything with install was ok, except that:

On the forums they wrote, that this is not critical and I can just continue.

After completing installation and deleting the "install" folder, I went to the back office, entered login and password and after that nothing is happening.
Just Prestashop logo and veriosn.

On the version 1.7.7.7, 1.7.7.0 was the same problem.

But it works on 1.7.6.9 and 1.7.6.5 version, but I have another issue, I  installed the "PrestaShop Facebook" module, set it up, but prestashop doesn't sync with Facebook even after 48 hours. So products from the Prestashop catalog do not show up in Facebook marketplace.

How can I fix it?

I find problem with Prestashops versions, the problem was that I check php version on MyPhpAdmin
I needed to look at the version that is on the domain:

 

But I still have issue with prestashop facebook module

Look at your php.ini file and make sure to correct those warnings and the issue will disappear.

The first says about to enable fopen 


In cpanel it's already set as on

 

but I still have this error
