rdragnea
Hi! Adding items into shopping cart is too slowly when a customer id logged in. 1. when customer is not logged in - adding/removing items into/from the shopping cart is happening instantly 2. when customer is logged in - adding/removing items into/from the shopping cart is happening in 10 or 11 seconds, which is to much. Can anyone tell me what to do? Edited June 6, 2022 by rdragnea (see edit history)
El Patron
do you have shipping modules or using PS carriers? there could be many different reasons for this, one instance being shipping module over time creating many rows in db slowing down system I recommend posting in job section to find someone to help debug if you are not able to do so. Knowband Plugins
We request you to kindly share prestashop version and the site URL so that we can check the same at your end, also you can check by clearing the DB. Or please check by disable all non native modules specially(Google or any other Analytics/ Mailchimp) and then give it a try.
rdragnea
Thank you all. The problem is with the shipping module, I uninstall it and everything works fine. If anyone knows what I can do to keep this module and make it go away, let me know. Prestashop version is 1.7.8.6. With this module installed and active, everything is bad after customer authentication.
