when i wanna make npm install it give me back this error

(OSX Monterey)

 

can you give me any advice what i have to do?

What php version and shop version do you use? Localhost or Server?

Look first if the Version is OK with 7.4.

PS works well, i tried to add the latest version of the startertheme from the PS github repo

ok the details: 

PS: 1.7.8.6

php: 7.4.26

localhost, 

latest version of the starter theme, 

 

npm install makes error (see in the attachment)

ok, but which PHP version could solve the this error?

The PS 1.7.8.. is compatible with PHP 7.4, if i'm right.

the core yes, your modules might not follow though. The to be Installed program you should find out.
