Has anyone encountered a similar situation? I checked Error log, there is nothing like that there. Prestachamps Posted June 1, 2022 Share Posted June 1, 2022 Hi, well, if in these two orders the products are different(taking from the order total from the screenshot), then most probably it's a split order in your case, so if you check the order details, and you will have the other order inked in there, then it means that the order was splitted, most probably because the products that are in one of these order use different delivery options(carriers), so Prestashop is splitting the orders, grouping them by the delivery option. Have a nice day, Leo. Thank you for reply, Leo. Delivery option is 1 for all products, there is no special carriers for the product that was split. Btw, the order of 13,26 has no even shipping (its 0,00€), because the shipping fee was charged in the first order. there are two invoices for one order (the reference is the same even). I didn’t change anything in carriers for each product, just something happens after one or two updates and I have no idea what module could make this damage… I turned off almost all modules that I was updating, yesterday the problem was even worse because I have free shipping for the orders <60€, and it was charging my customers about 11€ for the shipping, I don’t even have this prices, si yesterday had to make some money refunds.
