edit text, add product doesn't work

Hi all,

I have serious problem, I can't edit any text (category text, products text). If I add new product to category, I cant see it, it is only in news, but not in category.
It is possible only if I delete all files in cache/cachefs/

Why? It is not possible to overwrite? I use 1.4.1.
What kind of chaching is responsible for this folder - cache/cachefs/??? Is it caching system - file system?

Because statistics are also blocked, only if I clean cache/cachefs/ it is updated (I cant change day to month or week) There were still only one day with one date. Changing of date also doesnt work.
