issue standard refund

i am developing a payment module and have some issues with handling standard refund
- i am dealing with hookActionProductCancel , am i right or there is another hook?
- why that hook called for each product at the refunded order?
 - how to get the amount from that hook , or generally how to get the refunded amount from standard refund
