Hello all,
Recently I started answering more customer emails regarding whether an order had been processed or despatched etc
It seems the automated emails from PS are not sending out to gmail.com addresses.
I found this out specifically after trying to send test emails to different addresses, and have since also noticed that the customer enquiries all comes from only gmail account holders.
If anyone has any insight, suggestions or solutions, it would be much appreciated, as I don't know what else to try.
