About shipping fee

Most of the order need add shipping fee.

 

I saw the total amount is 69.76 add $9, but when we received the payment not include the shipping feee only $69.76. Is there any question about the shipping ?

As you're using Prestashop Checkout- I would recommend you to write them directly. 

I would also, check the setup inside your Paypal profile : 

1) Login to your account settings===> Search For Shipping calculations.

2) Click on "Update" next to "Postage calculations".

3) Make sure your currency is is selected.

4) Click on "Clear Settings".

I would try that before.
